We use to pay ours for chores too. Trouble is, broke son, who can't get a job in his field and is working for peanuts, still comes home to do stuff like clearing out the garage for pay. He has it figured out. He gets you to agree before ever getting to the store to buy him something cheap. Once you do that, you basically open the floodgates because then he starts inching upwards. He finds something that costs a little more. If you give in on that extra dollar, he goes and puts it on the shelf and finds something a little and then a little more after that. The next thing you know you're shelling out $20 just to get out of the store, whereas originally you were only going to spend $2. I swear I'm starting to see law school in his future.Stacihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11123920601207546889noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571590790949407117.post-64963868049744366852009-09-10T19:12:00.193-05:002009-09-10T19:12:00.193-05:00they are just adorable... reminded me of my daught...they are just adorable... reminded me of my daughter- at 2 years old, she wanted to help clean the bathroom. she'd watched me a billion times. of course she came up with this helpful plan on her own. she wiped the counter with the hand towel, then proceeded to scrub the toilet....with my curling brush!!

helpful is grand, just watch where your various bruahes are and where they may be put.lol!Jinxxyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01230387952820752980noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571590790949407117.post-79168308749008919782009-09-09T21:56:58.734-05:002009-09-09T21:56:58.734-05:00You have a future mogul on your hands! You have a future mogul on your hands!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03803472040500529682noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2571590790949407117.post-42646080391638442912009-09-09T17:15:32.764-05:002009-09-09T17:15:32.764-05:00Black marker on the linoleum? My blog misses you. It told me so, although I don't feel comfortable detailing the specifics of the conversation I had with my inanimate corner of the Internet.
